DEVELOPMENTS : Crossroads Completes Phase in Murrieta

Crossroads Development has completed the first phase of its $75-million Murrieta Town Center in Murrieta Hot Springs. The 500,000-square-foot shopping center project is financed by Citicorp and is located on 44 acres at the juncture of Interstates 215, 15 and Murrieta Hot Springs Road.

Construction on Phase 1--now fully leased--began in July 1989. Phase 2--which is 70% preleased--began last April and completion is scheduled for next January.
