Deposit Ticket put away eight other 2-year-olds to turn in a 3 3/4-length victory in Saturday’s Grade II Sapling Stakes at Monmouth Park. Ridden by Gary Stevens, the bay son of Northern Baby covered the six furlongs in 1:11 over a muddy track and paid $7.20.
