Michael Hales To Head Bank in Anaheim

Michael Hales, a Northern California banking executive with 16 years of experience, has been appointed president of American Com- merce National Bank in Anaheim. He replaces L. Don Sargent, who left the bank in January. Hales, 44, a native of Canada, had been a vice president and deputy regional administrator at Union Bank in San Francisco. He also had worked at Bank of America and Bank of the West.
