Beatrice Mary Clark; Longtime Burbank Resident
Beatrice Mary Clark, a resident of Burbank for more than 60 years, has died at age 81.
Mrs. Clark died Monday of heart failure, said her daughter-in-law, Pauline Clark.
Born Beatrice Mary Hughes in Ohio, she moved to Burbank in 1922, graduated from Burbank High School and raised a family there. Recently she lived in a convalescent home in Toluca Lake.
She is survived by her son, Robert Clark of Burbank; a granddaughter; four step-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and eight step-great-grandchildren. Her husband, Jack Clark, died in 1976. A funeral is scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday at Eckerman-Heisman Funeral Chapel, 333 E. Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park in San Fernando.
