Environmentalists and Hope’s Land
Bob Hope’s land is all zoned for open space. It should all remain open space. A zone change is necessary for any of that land to be developed.
Environmentalists fighting to get the zoning change to develop 3,000 acres in order to save the 5,000 acres for national parks are putting the cart before the horse. The fight should be to prevent any of that open space from being changed. The greenbelt between the San Fernando and Conejo valleys should remain.
