Loara 100, Pacifica 94--Tes Whitlock scored 49 points, 30 in the fourth quarter, to lead host Loara (1-1). Whitlock added 10 rebounds, five steals and five assists.
Magnolia 96, Rancho Alamitos 66--Wayne Thomas scored 31 points to lead visiting Magnolia.
Orange 72, Los Amigos 51--Thu Haynh scored 20 points to lead host Orange.
San Clemente 75, Katella 67--Melvin Johnson scored 27 points and Eddie Morgan scored 13 and had 19 rebounds to lead San Clemente.
Santa Margarita 101, Warren 67--Mike Carpenter scored 24 points and Dan Bathey scored 21 to lead host Santa Margarita.
Servite 79, Lakewood 73--Adam Anderson scored 20 points and Danny Coady scored 15 for host Servite.
El Dorado 56, Troy 54--Brett Tomko scored 24 points to lead visiting El Dorado.
Century 105, St, Michael’s Prep 38--Thomas Harmon scored 21 points in host Century’s first varsity game. Damien Hamler added 18 and Jason Welty 17.
Cypress 81, Villa Park 69--Roy Smalley scored 26 points for Cypress and Aaron Boone scored 22 for host Villa Park.
Anaheim 71, Santiago 37--Frank Madrid scored 17 points for host Anaheim.

Ocean View 83, Arroyo Grande 72--Marcel TenBerge scored 35 points and Ryan Martin 20 for Ocean View.
In the Irvine girls’ tournament:
Brea-Olinda 68, Cypress 26--Jinelle Williams scored 14 points and Jody Anton 13 as Brea-Olinda moved into the semifinals.
Costa Mesa 65, Huntington Beach 59--Olivia DiCamilli scored 39 points and had 19 rebounds.
In the Saddleback tournament:
Los Amigos 51, Troy 43--May Ly scored 32 points to lead Los Amigos in a second round game.
In nonleague action:
Newport Harbor 44, Santa Ana Valley 16--Maureen McLaren had 19 rebounds for host Newport Harbor.
In boys’ nonleague soccer:
Valencia 1, Servite 1--Sergio Victoria scored early for Valencia and Pat Faul tied the score for Servite.
Kennedy 2, Cypress 1--Kennedy defeated Cypress for the first time in three seasons. Jeremy Weber and Daneil Maciel scored in the first half for host Kennedy. Jerry Vargas had seven saves for Kennedy.
