Ritz on the Move
I enjoyed Kim Upton’s article, “Gifts That Go Places” (Nov. 25). The ideas were excellent. But I want to make one correction. The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, is not located in Laguna Niguel. It is in the city of Dana Point. This issue was decided when Dana Point became a city. This mistake has been made often when The Times refers to the Ritz-Carlton or any area in the coastal strip. I hope you will correct your error.

Dana Point
Editor’s note: The legal name of the hotel is the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel , and the mailing address is Laguna Niguel, although when Laguna Niguel incorporated last year, boundaries were altered and the area in which the Ritz-Carlton is located became Dana Point. The mailing address will eventually change but as yet has not.
