TriCare Inc.: The Santa Ana-based occupational health-care services company reported a gain of 46% in net income for the second fiscal quarter, to $578,000 from $397,000 for the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 rose 73%, to $8.8 million from $5.1 million. For the first half of fiscal 1991, net income was up 48%, to $1.1 million from $759,000 for the comparable six months a year earlier. Revenue increased 73%, to $17.1 million from $9.9 million.
