Wilson’s Inaugural
He’s not even governor yet but Pete Wilson has already begun extorting contributions from special-interest groups to help pay the tab for his inauguration (Part A, Dec. 20).
One would have thought that the spectacle of the Keating Five and their current plight in this regard would have had an impact on Wilson’s behavior. But then again it’s nice to see that some things never change in Sacramento and it will still be business as usual for the next four years.
