Institutional food producer Rykoff-Sexton Inc., Los Angeles, has named Mark Van Stekelenburg to the newly created position of executive vice president. Van Stekelenburg, 39, will assist with the day-to-day management of Rykoff-Sexton, including long-range planning efforts. He had been president and chief executive of G.V.A, the largest food service distributor in the Netherlands.
