First Interstate Bank Buys Toluca Lake Center
First Interstate Bank of California bought the Toluca Lake Corporate Center from Riverside Pass Associates for $16.8 million, according to Beitler Commercial Realty Services, which served as broker for the deal.
The three-story center has 54,900 square feet of space and is on a triangular parcel at 4100 W. Alameda Ave., where Alameda, Riverside Drive and Pass Avenue meet in Burbank. Its tenants include Western Security Bank and UniHealth America.
