Revlon Settles Suit With Software House: Revlon Inc. has settled its breach of contract suit against Logisticon Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., software supplier that gained access to Revlon’s computers electronically, then disabled some programs because Revlon refused to pay the remaining $180,000 on a $1.2-million contract. Terms of the settlement were not released. New York-based Revlon had refused to pay on grounds that Logisticon’s software had failed to perform as promised.
