Phase I of the $100-million mixed-use project is also expected to include a 140-room hotel and a second office building. Catellus’ Southern California regional office is occupying one floor of the four-story office building, which will also house the corporate offices of Insight for Living, a radio ministry. Three leases have been signed for the 23,000-square-foot retail section, with four more pending.
