Paul Poyfair has been named vice president of human resources for HomeClub Inc., a discount home improvement chain based in Fullerton. Previously, he was director of human resources for Kenworth Truck Co. in Kirkland, Wash., and before that was director of human resources and public affairs for Safeway Stores’ Northern California division.
