Hampton Will Buy Some Interco Clothing Lines

ST. LOUIS — Interco Inc. and Hampton Industries said they signed a letter of intent for Hampton’s purchase of certain knit and active wear manufacturing facilities and trademarks of Interco’s Megastar apparel group.
The trademarks include Le Tigre, J. C. Cochran, Espirit by Campus and Campus.
