A 63-year-old man was found dead Thursday with blood splattered on the walls of the bedroom he occupied at the board and care home where he lived, San Diego police said.

The manager of the home found Marcus Wilson dead when he went to wake him for breakfast about 9:15 a.m., Sgt. Chuck Peck said.

Wilson was partly dressed and lying on his bed at the home, on Florence Street in Southeast San Diego, police said.
