BBC Radio recently advised its stations to avoid playing 67 songs while the country is at war. Among those on the list:

“I Shot the Sheriff” by Eric Clapton
“Killing Me Softly” by Roberta Flack
“In the Air Tonight” by Phil Collins
“Waterloo” by ABBA
“War” by Edwin Starr
“Suicide is Painless,” “MASH” theme song
