CS Long Beach Atop Big West Baseball Polls
Cal State Long Beach was picked Tuesday as the favorite to win the Big West Conference baseball title in polls by conference coaches and the media.
Cal State Fullerton, the defending conference champion, was fourth in the coaches’ poll and third in the media poll.
Fresno State, which has won four consecutive Big West softball championships, was chosen to win the title again by conference softball coaches. Fullerton was picked to finish second.
