Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of medical devices said net income for its fiscal 1991 second quarter rose 46% to $434,000 from $297,000 in the year-earlier period. Sales for the three months ended Dec. 31 increased 9% to $4.7 million from $4.3 million. For the six-month period, earnings were $868,000, up 60% from $544,000 in the corresponding period in fiscal 1990. Sales rose 18% to $9.7 million from $8.2 million.
