Dana Hills Athletic Director Resigns; Basketball Coach Skelton to Take Over

John Klink, boys’ and girls’ athletic director at Dana Hills High School for nine years, resigned Monday and was replaced by basketball Coach Rich Skelton.

Klink, 44, will continue as a varsity track assistant and plans to coach freshman football in the fall.

“I want to spend more time with my family,” Klink said. “I was doing a bad job at home and at the office, so something had to go.”

Skelton, a former athletic director at Workman High School, will continue as the school’s varsity basketball coach.
