Cousins Derek and Leland Sparks of Santa Ana Mater Dei High made unwritten commitments to Washington State and will sign national letters of intent today. Derek is a running back and Leland a wide receiver-defensive back. Pasadena Muir’s Reggie Reser and Demetrice Martin also made commitments. Reser, a defensive back, selected Washington, and Martin, a wide receiver, chose Michigan State.
