TWO WILL DO: The Tet celebration of lunar new year at Golden West College in Huntington Beach is bigger than any other college’s in the nation, with good reason. . . . The community college has more than 1,000 Vietnamese-American students. This year’s Feb. 16 and 17 celebration will be paralleled by one in the county’s Little Saigon. That gathering has a new sponsor this year, the Vietnamese Community of Southern California. The county Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce says it lost money running the 1989 and 1990 events.
