Radical students in SOUTH KOREA attacked a small police station in Seoul with about 50 firebombs to protest the country’s support of the allied coalition. One police officer was reported injured. In Kwangju, 600 students threw rocks and firebombs at police in another anti-war protest. Iraq closed its consulate in Karachi, PAKISTAN, and said all 25 Iraqi diplomats and staff will return home. Baghdad has said it will break ties with governments in the allied coalition. Two opposition parties in SRI LANKA condemned its decision to allow allied warships to refuel en route to the Persian Gulf. The government “has become an accomplice to the massacre of the Iraqi people,” they said.
