San Clemente 5, Dana Hills 2--Brett Roelen scored three goals and Travis Smith and Scott Brooks each scored one for host San Clemente (7-9-4, 5-4-1).

In the Angelus League:

Santa Margarita 3, Servite 1--Visiting Santa Margarita (13-8-1, 7-3) clinched the league championship. Sean Novak, Josh Keller and Tim Markel scored goals for Santa Margarita.

Mater Dei 2, St. John Bosco 1--Luis Cevallos scored on a cross from Brian Cook and Steve Mastropoalo headed in a goal 10 minutes into the second half for Mater Dei (16-5-3, 5-2-3), which finished second in league behind Santa Margarita. St. John Bosco started the week in first place but finished third after losing to Santa Margarita and Mater Dei.

In the Century League:

Canyon 2, Santa Ana Valley 1--Luis Tavares and Andy Vita scored for visiting Canyon (11-10-1, 4-6).

Orange 1, El Modena 0--Juan Viveros scored in the 65th minute for Orange (15-3-4, 8-1-1), which won its second consecutive league title at El Modena (11-2-3, 6-2-2).

In the Empire League:

Katella 0, Esperanza 0--At Esperanza, Justin Welham made two saves in recording his sixth consecutive shutout for Katella (14-3-5, 5-1-4). The tie gives the Knights a league co-championship with El Dorado. Pat Trevino made five saves for Esperanza (10-3-8, 4-1-5).

In the Garden Grove League:

Kennedy 1, Garden Grove 0--Ryan Bean scored 25 minutes into the second half as host Kennedy (13-3-5) clinched the league title. Goalie Jerry Vargas made four saves for his 12th shutout, a school record.

In the Orange League:

Anaheim 3, Magnolia 1--William Monge scored twice and Mike Tsarnas once for visiting Anaheim (18-1-3, 7-1-2). Enrique Rodriguez scored for Magnolia. Rich Reyes had eight saves. Mark Paret had five saves for Magnolia (3-12-2, 1-7-2).

Brea-Olinda 2, Western 0--Brea-Olinda’s victory won a share of the league title with Anaheim and is the third consecutive league title and seventh in the last eight years for the Wildcats. Mike Brunet and Chris Long each scored for host Brea-Olinda (11-7-4, 7-1-2).

Valencia 4, Savanna 0--Gary Thompson scored twice, and Dan Melia and Phil Ortega had one goal each for Valencia (10-9-4, 6-2-2).

In the Pacific Coast League:

Laguna Hills 6, Laguna Beach 1--Juan Strutton scored twice and Brandon Wenzel, Giuseppe Lombardo, Eric Davis and Julio Montez scored once for visiting Laguna Hills (13-5-5, 6-0-4), which won the league title.

Estancia 1, Costa Mesa 1--Host Costa Mesa qualified for the playoffs for the first time in 10 years by clinching third place with the tie.

In the Sunset League:

Marina 0, Fountain Valley 0--Larry Nye had three saves for visiting Marina (14-7-2, 7-3-2). Fountain Valley is 14-5-3, 6-3-3.
