David M. DeMattei, 34, was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Gap Inc., San Francisco. Formerly vice president-corporate controller, DeMattei succeeds Barry Weston, who resigned for personal reasons, the company said. Gap also named Warren R. Hashagen, 40, senior vice president-finance and treasurer. Hashagen previously was vice president and treasurer.
