A special investigator for the NCAA has questioned former Syracuse player Matt Roe about alleged wrongdoings at the university, a University of Maryland official and Roe’s mother confirmed. It is the first indication that the NCAA is looking into the school investigation of the nationally ranked Syracuse men’s basketball program.
