Milner Released From Hospital After Surgery
Glendale City Councilman Jerold Milner, who underwent open-heart surgery last week, was released Wednesday from Glendale Memorial Hospital and Medical Center.
Hospital spokesman Bryan Bishop said Milner, 60, underwent successful surgery Friday to replace an aortic valve.
Milner, a retired Pacific Bell manager, has served on the council for eight years. He announced recently that he would not run for reelection in April when his term expires.
