Countywide : HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
Monday is Presidents’ Day. The following will be closed in observance of the holiday:
All city, county, state and federal offices, except in Westminster.
County, state and federal courthouses.
City and county libraries.
Banks and savings and loans.
All schools, including colleges and universities, with the exception of Chapman College. Schools in the Saddleback Valley Unified School District will also be closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery on Monday, and all post offices will be closed.
Trash: There will be regular trash pickup by refuse workers on Monday, except in Newport Beach. Residents there are asked to put their trash out a day late for the rest of the week.
Buses: Orange County Transit District buses will run on regular schedules, and there will be dial-a-ride and car-pool services available.
Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
