Keith H. Karpe has been named to the new position of executive vice president at Lewis & Associates, a public relations and advertising agency with offices in Irvine and Los Angeles. He was previously senior vice president. Before joining the agency, Karpe was a vice president at the Grubb & Ellis Co. regional headquarters in Irvine and director of public relations for the California Assn. of Realtors.
