Vertigo Hearing: A hearing will be held today to determine whether the Los Angeles nightspot Vertigo’s alleged “priority admittance” policy violates the California Civil Code and Business and Professions code. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission charged Vertigo with two violations of the code after undercover ABC officials were delayed entrance to the club last summer. Club owners deny the charges.
