20th Century Industries: The Woodland Hills-based insurance holding company reported fourth-quarter net income of $39.6 million, a 78% rise over the 1989 quarter. Revenue was $210.1 million, up 15%. Annual net income totaled $98.7 million, up 9% from 1989, while revenue rose 13% to $799.6 million. The company attributed the results to growth in homeowner and automobile policy sales and to good investment performance.
