Belgium to Help Fight Slick

BRUSSELS — Belgium said Friday that it will help the fight to contain the major oil spill in the Persian Gulf. Belgian air force C-130 cargo planes will carry Dutch anti-pollution equipment, pumps, generators and pipes to the Abu Ali region, the government said.
