Solving State’s Water Needs
It seems that every time a disaster strikes certain areas of the U.S., other unaffected states pitch in and help with emergency supplies, relief, etc. California is usually the first to initiate the relief efforts. Now that we are in the fifth year of a devastating drought, where is the help from our fellow states. If all the contiguous states sent us some water (and there has got to be some way that this can be safely done), we would certainly be indebted to them!
