WHOOPS: Assemblyman John R. Lewis of Orange is looking for all the support he can get in his bid for the state Senate, but this is a bit much. One copy of a Lewis letter seeking support last week went to fellow Republican Dana Reed, chairman of the Orange County Transportation Commission. . . . He said no. Reason? Reed is one of nine candidates running against Lewis in the March 19 election.
