Mideast Ground War Begins

Given a volunteer army, a person makes a choice to enlist or not to enlist. This is personal, individual responsibility at its best. If the choice is made to enlist, then all of the benefits, risks, hazards, etc., should accrue, and that person is available to respond to all military requests without qualification or reservation.

This applies to both male and female, wartime or peacetime. Personal responsibility coupled with commitment--that’s the name of the game.
