What a Production: The Producers Guild of America will honor the winners of its Golden Laurel Awards on Tuesday. The producers noted include Stanley Kramer, who will receive the lifetime achievement award for motion picture production; Grant Tinker, who wins the lifetime achievement award for TV; Jim Wilson and Kevin Costner, this year’s movie producers of the year for “Dances With Wolves,” and Ken Burns, tapped as TV producer of the year for his documentary “The Civil War.” Ted Turner will present the awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
