WHINE CELLAR: Exhibitors shelled out $6,500 for a 10-by-20-foot space at the Nepcon electronics show at the Anaheim Convention Center last week. Most were happy. But some wound up in an underground parking garage, where lighting was dim and viewers were few. . . . A San Diego firm is threatening to sue the show’s sponsors. Said the exhibitor: “They hung a sign over the parking garage sign and called it Hall E. But it was still a parking garage.”
