LOOK-ALIKE: Sacramento lobbyist Jerry Haleva looked so much like Iraqi strongman Saddam Hussein that he shaved his mustache after the Gulf War broke out. But Monday the former longtime aide to Orange County state Sen. William Campbell flew to Los Angeles for a bit part in a movie--portraying Hussein. . . . He used a fake mustache for the part in a comedy starring Charlie Sheen.
