A Golden Suit: Actress Rue McClanahan, who plays Blanche DuBois on NBC’s “The Golden Girls,” is suing several people connected to a casino in Deadwood, S.D., for at least $1 million. In a lawsuit filed in Deadwood Circuit Court, McClanahan claims former casino owner John Caldwell and others connected with the casino, called Calamity Jane’s, deceived her in business dealings. The lawsuit says the actress invested $125,000 in Calamity Jane’s. McClanahan and Caldwell have known each other since they were in high school in Ardmore, Okla.
