Lennox to Cut 600 Jobs in Ft. Worth: Lennox Industries Inc. will eliminate 600 jobs at its Ft. Worth office and manufacturing facility this year, company officials said. The Richardson, Tex.-based maker of air conditioners, furnaces and heat pumps announced that the job cuts are part of the company’s consolidation of its nationwide sales force and also reflect the planned shutdown of its Ft. Worth manufacturing facility.
