Charles D. Warren has been named Pacific regional manager of Frank B. Hall Insurance Brokers Inc. in Costa Mesa. He will oversee Hall’s nine insurance brokerage offices in California, Colorado and Hawaii. Warren joined Hall in 1988 as chairman and chief executive of Frank B. Hall of Louisiana Inc. Previously, he was with the insurance brokerage firm of Alexander and Alexander for 15 years.
