Unleaded Gasoline Price Rises: For the third week in the last four, the nationwide average price of self-serve regular unleaded gasoline increased, the American Automobile Assn. said. Self-serve regular unleaded edged up 0.1 cent to $1.09 per gallon. Average prices of other self-serve gasoline blends declined for the same period. Regular leaded gasoline fell 3.2 cents to $1.058 per gallon, mid-grade unleaded dropped 0.4 cent to $1.184 and premium unleaded declined 0.6 cent to $1.258.
