Hillhaven Corp., Tacoma, Wash., has elected Bruce Busby chief executive, succeeding Richard K. Eamer, chairman and chief executive of National Medical Enterprises, Santa Monica. Hillhaven, a former National Medical subsidiary, was spun off into an independent company in January, 1990. Eamer remains Hillhaven chairman. Busby was chairman and chief executive of the National Medical Long-Term Care Group, which had included Hillhaven.
