‘A Little Skulduggery’ by Wilmington Board
Why does Wilmington have to put up with a Planning Commission that moves a junkyard from San Pedro to Wilmington because it’s bad for the environment, and it will cause a health problem to the citizens of San Pedro?
What makes them think that it wouldn’t cause the same problems to the citizens of Wilmington?
This sounds like a little skulduggery!
