Trump to Auction Palm Beach Condos: Real estate magnate Donald J. Trump announced plans to auction 70 Florida condominiums at fire-sale prices and confirmed that he has agreed to turn over the Trump Plaza of the Palm Beach complex to banks holding its mortgage. In another matter, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Trump is at least two months behind on loan payments for the Trump Regency Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J.
