Raytheon Co.: The Lexington, Mass., company earned $133.7 million in its first quarter 1991, a 2% gain over the 1990 period, on sales that remained flat at $2.253 billion. The company, which provides military electronics and makes appliances and small planes, cited strength in its government electronics, energy services and aircraft segments, which was offset by recessionary pressures on its appliance segment.
