Long jumper Larry Myricks, expected to make his return to track and field after a one-year suspension by running in a relay at the UNLV Invitational at Las Vegas, did not show up for the meet.
Meet officials did not give a reason for Myricks absence.
Myricks, suspended after testing positive for a banned over-the-counter medication, is scheduled to compete in the long jump at next weekend’s Mt. SAC Relays.
