COLLEGE VOLLEYBALL : USC Beats Stanford to Win Tournament
USC, the nation’s top-ranked team, defeated No. 9 Stanford, 15-11, 15-10, 11-15, 15-13 to win the Clash of the Titans men’s volleyball tournament Saturday night at UC Santa Barbara.
Bryan Ivie of USC was named the tournament’s most valuable player.
No. 7 Pepperdine defeated No. 8 UC Santa Barbara, 12-15, 15-12, 15-6, 15-8, to finish third.
