John Larry Granger, music director of the South Coast Symphony, has been named music director of the Santa Cruz County Symphony. However, Granger will not step down from his post with the South Coast, which he has directed for seven years. In June, Granger will complete a two-year stand as music director of the Pomona College Symphony.
