New Hall of Famers: Actor James Garner and Mike Wallace of “60 Minutes” will be installed in the Television Hall of Fame this year, along with posthumous inductions for Desi Arnaz, Danny Thomas and conductor Leonard Bernstein. “I Love Lucy,” starring another member of the hall, Lucille Ball, also will be honored. The date of the Los Angeles ceremony will be announced. Later this year, the academy will open an outdoor Hall of Fame Plaza in North Hollywood so visitors can browse through memorabilia from inductees.
